As personal representative of Erics estate, his father, appellant Rick DeJulio brought suit for damages under the wrongful death act, ร§ร§ 1-38-101 and 1-38-102, W.S. 1977 (Cum.Supp. 1985). From a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of appellee, appellant now appeals.
